FRA has provided design, development and consulting services for projects ranging in size from small information systems to large, organization-wide forest management and business decision support systems. FRA's main expertise is in Forest Resource and Forest Operations Management, though it has also provided advice on the development of business information and executive decision systems for clients involved in transportation, construction, real estate development, international trade and project management. FRA managers have also acted as consultants in GIS technology development and implementation, land-use and environmental planning, and multi-sectoral industrial modelling projects.
